Return Policy: Return Policy

We don’t accept any returns unless there is proof of a defected item. This needs to be informed within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Ensure you enclose a picture or visual proof of the defected product. The item must be returned to receive a full refund.

*All Shipping costs to return item must be covered by customer
*Items must be returned by Mail unless direct local delivery (Melbourne) is ensured

*To begin any return process please send us a message via Bandcamp profile or send us an e-mail to: amarutribe@gmail.com - and specify the reason for your item return. You will receive a postal address.
*We cannot provide a timeframe for the return and refund process. Be aware that it will take some time to be completed. If you live internationally expect further delays.
